Use the three different mouse buttons to place different colors. the darker the square the more powerful it is. the big circles are cities, the color represents who is in charge of that city.

Install instructions
unzip the file, then run the "cellular automation.exe" if it asks to extract be sure to do that, after extraction then run. if it says it is unsafe to run, click more info and then run.
